Rev. Wenceslao Vial is a professor of psychology and the spiritual life as well as the psychology of personality and spiritual direction at the Faculty of Theology of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, Rome. As a surgeon (University of Chile), Doctor of Philosophy (Holy Cross), and priest (ordained in 2000), he combines his clinical knowledge and academic work with extensive pastoral activity across different countries and cultures. He is the author of La antropología de Viktor Frankl (“The Anthropology of Viktor Frankl”) and Madurez psicología y espiritual (“Psychological and Spiritual Maturity”).
